I could really go for some falafel right now. Sadly the heat and sun are so oppressive that I doubt I can make it much further than across the street without dying or at the very least invoking a sun headache. I am also still carless, practically a week after taking my car to the shop. And so I shall not walk to the Armenian market and get falafel

But you're generally right. Most of the "taquerias" around Boston I wouldn't rate as one. And this one is slightly questionable as it is in a mall food court. But I will give it the following:
They serve horchata. They only have two people and they're both cooking so they take your order from the kitchen and you have to yell it. Only one of the two speaks English. The sign above the counter is made out of paper. The items on the menu include: quesadilla, tacos, fajitas, carne asada, tamales.

Also, the paper sign has now been replaced by an air-brushed plywood sign.

I also miss a good falafel....so much that I broke down and bought the falafel mix from the bulk store...kinda salty, but not too bad, considering its a bloody mix.
