Bruce Greenwood as Batman.
John DiMaggio as the Joker.
Jensen Ackles as the Red Hood.
Jason Isaacs as Ra's Al Ghul.
Neil Patrick Harris as Nightwing.

At least the actors are pretty :P )

I'm on wait and see too, but no Kevin Conroy is a crime. I think I won't be unable to not see Dr. Horrible when hearing NPH's voice :)
Heard about 'Please no Jensen we don't need his batshit fandom to follow him'? Which kinda is a legitimate concern...
Yup it sounds rather good! Can't wait for it!

That's why I didn't comment on who's going to play Batman :P

I don't think that Jensen fans will come to fandom just because he's going to be the voice of Jayson. If they do come though, I'm pretty sure that they are not going to act any more crazy as you and I. I mean, no J2 or JJ2 or what's the right name.

I don't see why people are making it a big deal. You don't need to ba an SPN fan to act crazy.

If people find the comics interesting then good for them. We don't complain when a movie bring new fans in the fandom and I see no reason to do so now.

That's definitely some... odd casting. I have to say I'm probably the only person in fandom who actually hated Under the Hood, so I doubt I'll be going out of my way to see it, but I'm almost tempted on that alone.

I'm really loving Isaacs for Ra's. I think they hit the jackpot with him. I'll have to wait and see the movie, but I'm not too thrilled with NPH.

You don't like Under the Hood? Can I ask why? It's not my favorite arc, but it wasn't a bad one.

Oh, it wasn't poorly written, certainly, but I've found I really dislike Winnick's Jason, who was really the center of the story. I think he tends to try much too hard to make him likable and sympathetic in ways that just end up irritating me, for some reason. Jason can be a worthwhile character, but he doesn’t really work for me as a viable hero, I guess.

I understand what you're saying. I think that most writers don't know what to do with him. Should they write him as a hero, an anti-hero or as a villian? More often they write him as a lunatic and I can't see it.

Sure, he has some major 'daddy issues', but he's not crazy.
