It is always well to see one who can appreciate that philosophy. Most of the other constables in New York are very bureaucratic in nature and care little for the well-being of the city's citizens.

I guess that stays the same, no matter which world we're in.

It's relatively different in this one, I think; the ones here actually seem to take a genuine interest in the preservation of order and service for the City. I was honestly surprised over the enthusiasm met with the concept of creating a police force here.
