I'm really confused as to who's who.
Maybe I'm dumb, but... I'm lost.

NOT BLOCKING YOUR PHONE NUMBER?
I'm not the kind of person to .. TEXT people death threats, and even I know if you're going to call/text someone with threats, you don't do so from your own unblocked phone!

Me = Me
Him = My ex
Jodi/She-Beast AND Him/my ex = dumbasses who thought that someone adding JK to a "death threat" was the texter signing it with their initials (jk..."just kidding").

The text sender was just some guy who had a wrong number and sent "You're so dead! j/k" to the wrong person.

They didn't have any reason (the person sending the text) to block their number, since it wasn't a threat, but teasing.

Why do you even answer the phone when he calls? For entertainment?

Honestly? Yeah, kinda.

(plus the whole "got kids" thing)

There are often lulz to be had.

OK I didn't know you had kids together when I posted that.

Well, I certainly wouldn't know that 'jk' on a text message meant 'just kidding', but then again I'm not the sort of dumbass who would send threatening-sounding texts even as a joke over a public telecoms network, so... *shrugs*

Yeah, I don't think it's as commonly known as LOL... I once texted a tease to a friend (nothing threatening. She had a "durr" moment, and I teased her about it). I added JK to the end of it, and she took major offence. She thought JK meant "Junior Kindergarten", as in "you have the mentality of someone in..."

Yeah, that started a fight that lasted far longer than it should have. I no longer use "jk" in ANY context.

That's probably the last thing I would think of if I didn't know what JK meant. I didn't even know there WAS such a thing as Junior Kindergarten. O_o
