it's actually sunny here for a change, tho still cold. just went on an interview. i would be doing coding and photoshopping and digital photography. won't know til next week if i get a second interview AND it won't start until december, but is that not an awesome sounding job or what? working for a japanese-style company! go me!
speaking of which (and i think i scored points by bringing this up in the interview) i just saw kamikaze girls. omfg this movie is AWESOME. just... yes. everyone reading this, go watch it. i got the dvd out of the library out here. it's the story of two girls' friendships, one who's very rococo/gothic lolita and the other who's a yanki biker chick. it's funny and sweet and just plain good.
i got a clothing voucher yesterday for $20 and got slacks, a couple dress shirts and a pair of dress shoes from a thrift store. and guess what? they have nes, genesis and dreamcast consoles! i was like... HOLY CRAP! yesh. twas smexy is what it was. i need to go there when i get a place. yesh.
