not too bad,,, hopefully i can keep it up,,,,

also- went to the gym today with arik and hakim for the first time in a long time, felt great, but it was a bit short for my taste, o well,,, planning on going again tomorrow,,,

the doctor decided not to take out my stitches today and told me to come back on monday,,,

in other news, im at ariks house, and tonight arik, hakim, 'PHYL', and i are going out on a 'guys night out', tho jemb prefers to bother arik by calling it a 'man-date', the end,,,

tonite hakim and i went to the gym together, it was cool, thanks to his motivational challenge, we both went for 65 mins on the elliptical (911 calories, 5.43 miles) which is pretty badass if i do say so myself,,,,
