So here in London....wow, not that I never expected to travel anywhere outside of US. Just had not planned on you know, near future trips until John got invited to Dragonmeet.

My body has wonderful timing...sometimes.
I managed to get food poisoning the day before we leave for England of course. Woke up and could not keep anything down. Thankfully, wickedthought has magical doctor powers, and uses the intranets to find out how to take care of me. Twenty four hours later and I am much better. Watching news about explosions in London. I'd really like to say it makes me feel bad, which it kind of does, but not about to cry bad. I knew others in school, both college and high school, that in the wake of say Columbine or the New York Towers events that actually broke down in class and had to leave.
