Ethan had his white coat ceremony tonight. This is where you are presented with your student pharmacist coat and recite the pharmacist's oath for the first time. We had a good crowd there to cheer him on; his parents, my dad, Sally and Elliott and the girls, and our friends Ted and Elsie and Brian and Kim.

Afterward, we went out for dinner at Figlio's in uptown with Ted and Elsie and Brian and Kim. It was a good time. I'm stuffed, and my belly hurts from laughing so much.

It's an auspicious start.
