My boss is a technophile. This is a good thing, especially when he projects his attitudes on our workstations. He recently decided that my coworkers Angie and I needed dual flat-screen monitors so we could have Agile (our documentation application) full-screen all the time and still be able to have Outlook/Word/Visio/whatever open. This meant a new video card for me because my old one would not support dual monitors; it showed up last week. My first flatscreen arrived yesterday and the second was waiting for me this morning when I came in.
I just finished setting it all up and wow, this is nice. They're nice, sharp pictures and the extra real estate is damned useful. A girl could get used to this kinda treatment. A boss that is into technology to make life easier is a rare bird, and I am grateful.
