juice in cardboard boxes are just called "juice boxes", but I think wizard kids would probably have a glass bottle of some sort for their portable pumpkin juice, or a flagon that's spelled not to spill.
I opted for pumpkin juice boxes because you don't want to give a flask or thermos to every Weasley who's boarding Hogwarts and hope they'll remember to rinse it and bring it back by Christmas.
I always figured that the witch with the trolley gave them mugs for drinking pumpkin juice. She could conjure them as needed. Surely Arthur could conjures some steps or do a Wingardium Leviosa on Molly so that she could levitate to the window? Can't help with the colour of the seats.
I often feel I'm just not that good.
Your pictures in this series -- the house on Privet Drive, under the stairs, in the boat, in Gringott's -- are simply amazing. I love every one of them. They make it look as if magic is real. You convey the most complex moods with tiny little lines of expression or with hints of colour. Mnem, you ARE 'that good' and more.
I had thought of the Witch with the Trolley but when rereading that passage it seemed as if the Weasleys didn't buy things from the trolley, their mother supplied them with (cheaper) food. But you don't give your child dry bread with corned beef without a drink. I opted for pumpkin juice boxes (sounds affordable to me and simpler than the thermos flask they're supposed to bring back at Christmas).
Lol! Molly to twins: could you give me a lift dears? twins: Sure! Locomotor Molly!

As to the seats on the train, I imagine them being red leather. Dunno why, but there it is. :)
