The parmesan-encrusted tilapia* was a near-total success! The only dissenting vote came from Middle Child who decided yesterday afternoon (when she heard we were having fish for dinner tonight) that she wasn't going to like it

With my abundance of pecans, I was going recommend a pecan-encrusted number, so I feel good that I wasn't that far off. Glad to hear it turned out so well.
