Throw away day makes delay

So today was essentially a lazy day for my teacher, that put us even further behind her schedule she's set out.

We needed to pass back work samples that the kids had done (like a big lab write up) and explain the grades etc. as well as switch the books for the kids from the physics ones to the first chemistry ones so we can start in on the chem stuff, and had talked about the extra little time remaining then being used for student to work on extra credit / worksheets for chap 3. (even if they didn't get graded or all done).

But instead (after my hellacious being care taker/ medical crazyness filled weekend) for some reason she decided not to pass back work samples and just to exchange books and have the kids work at their desks silently on the worksheets, and not have me do any of the instructions and stuff until 8th period which I have to leave early for anyways so it was really weird. Kinda annoying because this means we're behind and don't have a ton of extra time to pass back worksamples later.

There's also the fact that since the quarter ends Thursday (kids have the day off Friday for teacher planning and grading really for teachers) we have to take out a day of what we would do I think for this week. But my CT can't seem to make up her mind about how she wants me to teach things. Does she want me to follow her plan, or add in my own stuff, each time  i ask her her she seems to say something different. Plus there's the fact that I can't seem to get all the info from her or the resources that she has. Like today I found the binder of cirriculum and lesson plans, as well as got the first peek at the Teacher Edition (TE) which was really helpful.

So that leaves me with uncertain and unknown plans today for what I will do for tomorrow. But I do know that I have to prep for making stew tomorrow so for once I can come home to a hot meal.
