Seriously bad time with First Great Western this morning. In fact I'd go as far as saying it was probably the worst so far and that's saying quite a bit considering some of the other issues I've had with them in the past.

No, clearly not. Every day I'm spending some time in this waiting room and I have actually lost count of the people who have quite violently slammed on the glass door itself looking upset the door won't open.

I'm writing to you again over further delayed services which have caused more levels of inconvenience than needed. This is not to negate the fact the evening Pewsey to Westbury service is constantly late from anywhere between 5 to 15 minutes on a daily basis.
