There is always more to a story...
I'm sure everybody by now has seen this video of the lady making a bit of a crazy sounding statement to a city ordnance. We all have thought she must be a bit mad to say such things and some harsh comments have been made against her, but it actually seems that she does indeed have a mental illness.
