(no subject)
well in the spirit of genna and amy's updates, i'll update too
i'm at school. and i'm settled in. basically.
my roommate isn't here... idk why, she was supposed to be here... i'll call her tomorrow if she doesn't show i guess... hmm... naturally megan is worrying
we spent all day unloading me and mike, then picked up my friend sarah and went to meijer and to dinner... so i kinda missed my floor dinner and meeting thingy, but the few sophomores told me that all i need to know is no candles
i unpacked... but i'm not quite there... we still need to loft our beds and my mom is bringing me this dresser to put my tv on and clothes in. our room is actually pretty big... i'm surprised. like we could even unbunk our beds and each have a single bed, but lofting makes WAY more sense. i guess when i first saw it, i didn't think it was so big, but then i saw my brothers (and max/johns and ashleys) and realized it is pretty big and nice... hmm college
so tomorrow we have like stupid things we're supposed to go to, but paul told me to skip them. i am going to go see the speaker who wrote the book we had to read... but other than that, i just want to get to know campus
sooo other than missing people, being a little out of place, and being kinda lonely without a roommate, college is good so far... haha right... but i did meet new people and we talked for a couple hours tonight which was really nice... ahh life... i just don't know
