I have pretty much the worst luck ever. Whenever I make a new friend (which really isn't all that easy these days b/c i don't meet that many new people, especially quality people) they end up moving away. I met Keisha last summer and only had 3 months with her before she moved back to Lansing, and i hung out with her every single day. Then Stephen moved across the country. Now Brian is moving.

Friday night, I ended up going to Snookers with Eric. They had last call at some unreasonable time, like 1am or something, so we jetted out of there and went to Fridays. I had 2 big beers at Snookers, then 2 more at Fridays, all within 2 hrs. Then we went to Taco Bell and got kicked outta the line... yeah don't ask. But then we went back 5 minutes later and the lady didn't remember us. Then we came back here and we ate our taco bell. I have mad love for a crunch wrap supreme when i've been drinking. Good thing Eric followed me here b/c I was in no shape to drive and I really feel bad about doing that.

Then Saturday me and my dad went to Farminton Hills to look at a 325ci. I don't know why my dad has to be so picky about cars. It's killing me. Anyways, the hood of the car had been repainted already and somehow my dad could tell. And this one wasn't certified up to 100k miles so I didn't end up getting it. But we spent a good 2 hrs at the place talking to the guy and my dad seemed really interested so I thought I might be getting that car but then he didn't want me to get it. They baked us cookies as we were sitting in the salesman's office hahaha. Erhard BMW is weird tho, the guy went with us when I drove it, and he sat in the back seat. I guess I'm used to Bavarian BMW who threw me the keys and said have a good drive, and i was even there by myself, my dad wasn't with me or anything. Then later, Brad and Carrie came in from GR and we all went to dinner for my parents 32nd anniversary. It was good. Then after that I ended up seeing Jackass 2 with Brian. Funny movie... but a little too gross at times. Then I got to bed early because I worked Sunday at 7:45am. Eww.

Then Sunday night Brian came over and we played some gamecube. Hahaha I loved it. No one ever wants to play with me :( Then after that, we decided to hit up the bar. We went to Wellington Pub since it was close. I've never laughed so hard in my entire life. It was kareoke night and the people singing were funny as hell. Some old dude in his 50s was singing a love song to a table of young girls hahaa. Then some other old guy was singing "She thinks my tractor's sexy" Brian had never heard that song, i guess he doesn't get out much haha jk, and he thought it was the funniest thing in the entire world. Then we decided to leave that place and went to Wise Guys. By this time, I was pretty wasted. We drank some more beer and laughed our asses off. We drunk dialed people from work and it was good times. Then we decided to leave at 1:45 so we could hit up Meijer and get some drinks so we could go back to his house. We got Corona and a whole bag of limes, a Digerno pizza, and sun chips hahah. And the whole time I was pushing him in a cart. The workers gave us really funny looks but thats ok. Omg i am surprised I don't have a 6 pack from laughing so hard with this kid. After that we went back to his house where I proceeded to put around 15 slices of lime in my corona. I figured that since we had so many, I might as well use them up right haha. We cooked the pizza and i kept saying that it was the best pizza i've ever had. Now at this point, I'm eating pizza and passing out on Brian's counter. Since he was in no shape to drive me home, he let me sleep in his bed and he slept in the guest bed. He had to hold my hand as we walked up the stairs lmao. And he even got me a glass of water and put it next to the bed for me ahahah. So then the next morning (his mom doesn't even know i'm there) we are just talking and laughing or whatever, and his mom yells up the stairs to ask him a question and she started her way up the stairs and he proceeded to tell her that theres a strange girl in his bed to be prepared haha. His mom is cool though, the first thing she said was, yeah i heard you guys talking and i figured he wasn't talking to himself. Then the first question she asked was, so whose idea was it to put so many limes in the drinks. We started cracking up, and I guess she spent a while getting all the lime slices out of the bottles. I don't know how she did it. But yeah good times. I didn't think i was gonna be able to make it to class on Monday for 1pm haha.

But hanging out with Brian has taught me a lot lately. He had a REALLY hard life growing up. He watched his dad die when he was 7 years old. He was sleeping and heard his mom screaming and ran downstairs where his dad was having a massive heart attack. He sat there and watched. Then the cops took him to a neighbors house and at this age, he was absolutely terrified of the dark, and they made him sleep in a pitch black room. He just sat there all by himself shaking with fear with what had just happened and being terrified of the dark. When he was a kid, he got in a good amount of trouble, not unusual for his situation. But now, he is one of the most respectful and most considerate guys i've ever met. He just graduated college which a lot of people always said he would never amount to anything. And he told me that if he could have just one wish, he wishes more then anything that his dad could be there to just watch him walk across the stage at his college graduation. I wanted to cry when he was telling me all this.

But yeah, he has just opened my eyes to a lot of things that I've taken for granted. I think it's nothing having both of my parents there for me during everything I do. But I need to not take them for granted.

I took my final for my Business Law class last night. It's good to be done with it. Now I only have 2 classes, which is EXTREMELY nice, especially since i'm workin over 40 hrs a week. But yeah I should get to bed, I get to wake up in 6 hrs :(
