NaNoWriMo Day 2
Definitely made use of that extra hour of sleep, but still got up tired. Ran a few errands and then off to the 1:00 write-in. This one was again at Scooter's. (We will be there every Sunday in November). Had 20 authors show up. Brought a dry erase board and kept track of the word challenge numbers and results.
By 4:30 in the afternoon, the group had written over 35,000 words. WOW! Are these guys awesome or what?
One of the best parts? Seeing the "babies" who joined us three years ago! They were 15 & 16 at the time and now they are going to college! Made me very happy to see them.
My high point of the day? I shot my first person for the month. Woo Hoo! Tonight I will see if I will let them live or die. Hmmm. I don't have to make any rash decisions.
