Thoughts on Romance Novels--
Because I must be feeling very strange today.
Smut is easier to find on the internet. Fanfic and Original Fiction is free and sometimes extremely good. Nevertheless, there are plusses to buying a book to read. Easier to carry around, no computer required... Whatever. The point of this post is that it is bad when an author can't keep details straight. It happens in fanfic, and I'm not too concerned. But published stuff... There's no excuse. Once read a novel where the location changed from "Ashwood" to "Oakwood" from the beginning to the end of the book. And recently read one where the boy's eyes were green at the beginning, but "magically" turn blue mid-novel. Ick. Maybe I'm being too picky, but this stuff annoys me.
Mabye aI coamplain too much to be aking this seriouslty? <--- typing too quickly without editing my typos. ^_^ Be glad I don't leave my fics like this.
