So...I sorta have a new dollie... well a new head. While I haven't exactly earned it yet I have him already. onnas-baka-gaki is like the biggest sweetheart. I had mentioned wanting to try to get one of the scarface breakaway mnfs when they hit marketplace and what does she do? She put an order in to fairyland large enough to get the head and arm set and told me all she wants me to do is restring some of her dolls.
She's had it for a couple months now and I've yet to restring a single doll primarily due to problems with her apt involving her to become pretty physcially ill, so the dolls moved to her mother's place and we just haven't bene able to coordinate the trade off to get dolls to restring. So she's having to move next weekend, gonna be helping her for the next week pack stuff up and everything, but the other night when I went to pick some stuff up from her she handed me the box with his head and bunches of elastic and told me to take it so that it's out of the way and doesn't get burried somewhere in the move and I'll just restring dolls when it happens. I've been pining after this guy every time I've pics of one on doa and he's finally home with me. Not sure when he'll get a face or for that matter when he'll get a body, his own wigs and eyes and such.
