So, yeah. That issue in my last post with the laptops and the memory... it's taken care of. I just spent an hour running around the warehouse, disrupting the lives of probably ten or fifteen different people, getting 20 laptops pulled off a messenger truck, and getting them specially shipped via same-day messenger delivery to the customer in Chicago. This is sort of like what I did in Customer Relations when there was a problem that needed to be handled, only on a much larger scale with a much greater impact. It's kind of a euphoric feeling, too. I win. Muahaha.
