Slow cooking soup
Next up in cooking through my e-cookbooks, I'm trying recipes from Every Day Slow Cooking. I don't have a slow cooker, but my Instant Pot has a slow cooking mode.
Tumeric cauliflower soup
Some people say that the Instant Pot doesn't heat as much as a slow cooker, so I decided to start with a vegetable soup. This tumeric cauliflower soup was flavorful and easy to cook.
The hardest thing for me was thinking about when to start cooking. I'd cook this recipe again, but I still have more of the "instant" then "slow" mentality.
