Healthy bulgogi

The brown rice makes this bulgogi healthier. But it also means less contrast between the rice and other flavors. It tastes OK. But it's not amazing, and not worth the significant effort to make it. Plus, leftovers are a pain, as they require frying more eggs, in addition to microwaving the rest.

Even though I have many more recipes bookmarked, I dropped the Williams-Sonoma Healthy Dish of the Day cookbook from my ebook shelf. Everything seems to take a long time to cook, and I can't see this book becoming a regular.
