Doctor's

I went to the Doctor's today about my knees. he told me they are way over-used and need extreme rest and physical therapy. I also have a prescription medicine to help with the pain. I can't play field hockey :(. I have to literally not use my knees except for walking around the house or at a store or something. I'm sooooo pissed off because now I have nothing to do for the fall and I LOVE field hockey; if I have to take the season off what happenes next year? What if all new people come and i'm out of practice so I can't play as well as I really can? ahhhh i wish this never happened!!!!

Physical therapy starts soon and I have to go three times a week. This blows.
