We are back at Tricia's early tonight, 7:30. Had a nice quite morning at "home" hqving q warm drink. The temperature turned normal, in the 50's. Cool but still bright and blue.
Bonjour,
When we got back from Spain last night, Thierry drove us to see Paris at night. Oh how fun to see all the narrow streets all lit up. He even took us to the base of the Iffle Tower, all lit up and glowing§
Today we took two Metro rides and jumped on a Train to Paris. We went to the Parc Des Exposition, the Exposition Hall. Tricia has wanted to go to the International Chocolate Exposition for 3 years now and we made it. There was an hour wait to get inside ar 1 o'clock, but the people were still going in. What a mob scene, shoulder to shoulder in every direction. Many times I held Tricia's hand so as not to loose her and Sue would take off. We developed the strategy of holding our hands up in the air so we could find each other and it worked quite well.
We saw so many International sellers and tasted just a taste of many kinds of chocolate, including 99% which you can guess was quite bitter. The chocolates were creamy, dark, bitter, fruity or sweet. So many different varieties. We even had chocolate Bailey's (alcohol) drinks. Sue brought us Grand Mariner crepes, oh la la! We enjoyed a fassion show, all dresses decorated with chocolate, some more than ever. FUN. Take a peek if you have time.

Thinking about you all and missing you,
Linda
