i've been to raffles medical a couple of times now, and each visit i leave with this impression that everything is so programmed - the receptionist, the doctor, everyone. (even dr wat's-his-name-from-hk - the one with a weird name that slipped my mind much, like woffles wu's - though not happy and concerned, was still oddly pre-programmed to fit
