First off, allow me to give a shout out to my compadre, my best friend,  and partner in crime zora113 whos birthday is tomorrow! Happy Birthday Z!

Anyway.  So some of you maybe wondering where the Hell I've been for the last month and a half since I last updated?  It's not that I've been so lazy to update... well yeah it has.  Since July 31st I have been living back at home in Monongahela with the 'rents and the various critters that call our place home too.  Why did I leave Gettysburg do you ask?  Well it was a combination of a lot of things that made me decided about mid-July to move back home, some of which were related to work some of which were not.

Regardless I am back in Western PA and looking for work.  I have sent my resume several times though Monster.com and have had a few bites but no interviews or anything or the sort.  I did have two places call here at like 9am or so, and those who know me know that I am NOT a morning person so the places that did call probably think Im a nut job or I was drunk at 9 in the morning.

I have been keeping myself busy though through the last month-ish.  I've done a lot of TV work, mostly for the History Channel including shows on the Homestead Steel Riots and The Battle of Antietam.  I've done another show but currently Im under a "Non-Disclosure Agreement" so I can't talk about it, or they could sue my ass for a lot of money.  Photos of the other shows I've done are on my webserver right now, to be found at http://67.163.223.240/  When the shows do air I will try to give advance journal notice except for the NDA one where I'll tell you after and then let people borrow the tape ;).  We did one last week on the Freemasons at the Boston tea party, which was kinda cool because it was out of my realm of the 19th century and into the 18th which is always fun to do.  I should really get some 18th Century "Small Clothes" (Shirts, waist coat, breeches, etc) for film work but I can always borrow what my brother has!.  There is supposed to be project on John Adams coming up and a film on Lincoln by Steven spielberg.  Don't know how any of that is going to work out but Historical Entertainment, the company I work for, is in talks with both production companies.

Lets see here what else to post... Oh yeah we picked up another family member, just like Pooh Bear he was another kitty brought in by the Carroll Township police to my dads office.  His name was Fred but is now Stonewall Jackson ,( just Stonewall for short or as Ray said "Stoney") here is a picture courtesy of Ray's photobucket account (yes, I can say that Stonewall Jackson poops in my room).  Speaking of Ray we have been doing a lot of cool things as of late, including Kennywood and going to see Coldplay at Star Lake Ampitheatre. He also gave me a copy of the muppet show season 1 DVD!  It helps to have your brother working for a major-market radio station, now if he could just get me some Journey tickets for the end of the month... lol.  Coldplay was a good show, we had pit tickets which ment we stood the whole time but it was fun, even when the girl behind me squashed her boobies into my back trying to reach for Chris Martin.  At one point in the show Martin took a fans cell phone and made a call, which I thought was funny.  Had he taken mine he would have probably called my mom who would have been in bed at the time (Last caller) or my cousin Amy (first person in my phonebook)

Now Im streching for things to post.  When I was little I broke my Dads orginal lava lamp by accident, so today on eBay I won the same kind that he had it's a gold coloured base with red lava and yellow liquid.  I ended up paying more then I really wanted to for it but since orginal are becoming scarce I guess its an investment.  One thing I really remeber about Dads lamp was that it had holes in the base and when it lit up it put these little squiggles on the wall that I guess looked like "W's"  The one big difference between it and the reproductions you see at like Spencers is the size.  The repops are 32oz in size, the orginals like Dads and the one I won are 52oz.  Want to know whats in a Lava Lamp?  Well the Lava is wax and the liquid is water mixed with perservatives and checmicals that change the density such as propylene glycol (anti-freeze) and Perchloroethylene (Dry cleaning fluid), and they put a metal coil at the bottom of the glass to help heat the wax.  Interesting, no?  Yeah I am getting really bored.  Well even though its 3:30 I think I am going to crawl into bed with Stonewal because hes already there taking up most of it.  Later folks.
