In Anita Blake news, the Wolf Howl was on Wednesday. Laurell read from "Micah". There are spoilers posted on the forum - transcribed from notes a fan took during the reading. The book sounds awesome. Can't wait till February.

mhalachaiswords pointed out that the Pomme de Sang Fanfic Awards have been announced. Her fic "Inevitable" won for "Best Work in Progress".

I got third place for "Best Short Fic" for "Sleep with Me". Very cool. The winner for that category was BeElleGee, who I love, so I'm happy. She won for "Chocolate Kisses".
