Yesterday, while chopping vegetables to make vegetarian "chicken" and dumplings, I cut of the tip of my thumb. At first, it was just scary and disgusting, and it started bleeding a lot. - a month of novelling (I have no idea if it's wise, but I'm trying to do NaNoWriMo again)
- two weeks of vegan living. I don't think I could be a vegan, but I think I could do it for two weeks.

We got the results from Riley's day-long test. It was positive. He does have pituitary-dependant Cushings. At least we know what's wrong and that it's treatable. Now if only I could find some way to get Riley on my health insurance ( Read more... )
