Farm Camping in Central Washington

Originally uploaded by mkwhite11 On August 7-9, Ray and I ventured out to Central Washington to go camping with Kayleen and some people she kind of knew. A friend of hers owns a farm near Royal City, Washington, and we camped on a high scrub desert with a make-shift kitchen made of apple boxes and a outhouse built of hay bales. It was beautiful there. The pictures don't really do it justice ... but I took a whole lot of them just in case. On Saturday, we drove to Leavenworth and floated down the Wenatchee River.
