1 - i just took a deep breath and held it for at least a minute and a half
2 - i just breathed normally for a bit, then pumped out all the air in my lungs and down near my stomach, too and held that one in for just 30 seconds, heh
3 - weird shit like that are interesting games to play & can help yer body
4 - this one develops lung capacity and encourages deeper breathing because i stretch the edges of what i'm used to, both bigger inhaling & deeper exhaling, and helps me realize i normally breathe fairly shallow, like most folks raised in Western Civilization
5 - i'm going to work as a canvasser for the sierra club next week and i think it will be hilarious because while it's good to get folks to spend money on "environmental efforts", i do not believe they will honestly fix or save anything, heh - least it pays my rent and allows me to be outside and talk to people, heh
