I've been mostly home with a lot of narcotics for an extended weekend. I went to get labs today, expecting to get groceries afterward, but I couldn't walk well enough out of the clinic. I read carefully before I bought it that I can get books, etc., from Amazon via the USB cable instead of Wi-Fi (which I don't have, and don't want to have), but it did take me a long time to find the info on that. I lost a lot of solitaire last night, too, and I don't know why. I read Friday's paper before I watched two shows and taped a movie, and then read about 2/3 of Saturday's paper. Last night I watched TV and read the paper, getting to bed by 12:30am. I finished the book at 3am and pulled the next book on the to-read pile. I had forgotten it was an anthology; I bought it in 2001. I read the first story and then when the paper came just before 4am, I came out to get it. I now have azaleas in front of my porch. They're not mine, they're my upstairs neighbor's, but I see them most of the time. For years, he's wanted azaleas there and told the board (I heard, twice) that he'd be happy to buy them if they'd plant them (he's 87, not up to planting). The rheumatologist woke me up with a phone call this morning: The CT showed beading like the 3/10 cerebral angiogram did. So I stay on the high-dose Prednisone and when I see her next Wednesday, we almost certainly add an additional immunosuppressant. She didn't say anything about a brain biopsy.
