in a few minutes, i'm going out to drop off a few suits at the dry cleaners and then get my damn hair cut. i hate it when it gets long. it upsets me.
by the by, this is my last "open" entry. i'm going to start locking them down after this. all this means is that you have to add me as a friend to be able to read entries. i guess i came around to thinking that i don't want all this out there for anyone and everyone.
the tour de cure turned out to be much less terrifying than i thought it would be. we hadn't trained at all so the idea of 38 miles was a bit daunting. but in the end there was an 18 mile and a 27 mile course that we weren't privy too. so we did 27, sweated a lot, saw some nice countryside, and got sore legs. but we did it and now know that next year, when all the wedding stuff is done, we'll need to train a bit more.
mom and dad came over on saturday. dad and i dug out a 6 x 4 garden, which was fun. erin and i planted a handful of vegetables yesterday so maybe something will start to grow. next is a fish pond. i really, really want to put one in. shit is expensive, though.
the moody blues concert is friday and i'm looking forward to it. no rush to get home afterwards, either. i'm really enjoying this once a month thing at langen's.
