Another car update! This is the definition of excitement!

Anyway, finally figured out what was wrong with the car. Ended up having to take it to the Ford dealership, who threw it up on the hoist, took a five minute look, and concluded there's a split in my radiator, the radiator hoses possibly need replacing, and there's an oil leak onto the alternator just to top things off. Yay. Also, because my car is thirteen years old, the radiator they used in that model is now obsolete, so for Ford to get me a replacement, they'd have to get non-genuine parts, which with shipping and whatnot would cost a fortune, so they sent me over to a radiator place in town instead, who currently have a special on radiators for my car's model this week, so I can get everything bar the oil leak fixed by them for a little over $300. So I guess that counts as good news. Depending on Dad's verdict, of course, but I don't think I can get home from uni with the coolant leak being what it is, even though the radiator isn't overheating.
So that's my news. First exam is tomorrow, so I'm off to study now. Hope you guys are having better days than I am :)
