I'm back with another update. Don't worry, I'll try not to take up too much of your time.
First of all, I hope that everyone had just as good a Christmas as I had. I got nothing that I asked for, but that's besides the point. The point is that I was with my friends and family during the celebration of Jesus' birth, and...*sigh* Okay, strike that. I'm starting to sound like a Hallmark card. The truth is, I didn't have a great Christmas. It was okay, but that's all it was. Nothing memorable happened, and I got a bunch of crap that I really didn't need. I'm all for just dimming the lights, drinking egg nog, and resting in front of a fire in the fireplace. I don't need presents on Christmas day, particularily since there wasn't anything that I really wanted anyway.
But Christmas of 2003 is long past, and I don't have to think about it anymore.
Tomorrow I will be checking out some local churches in my town. I don't know why. It's just something that I feel that I should do. Besides, it will give me time to spend with my grandmother before she has to go back to New York on the 31st.
