One Down, Another To Go
I'm back from my insanely hectic trip to St. Louis. There's nothing quite like running around a RennFaire in the middle of a downpour, which happened once on each day we went to it. There were over a dozen of us in our group at one point, of which I knew 5 before this weekend. I wasn't expecting so many people! Now, if only I could remember the names of the people I just met...
This weekend was fun, but tiring. We used every spare minute to hang out, which left a few hours of downtime at best. I don't often get to see most of them, so I'm thankful for having been able to do that. Still, I'm not sure how long I could keep that up!
By the way, I tried to pick up my photos from the one-hour-photo at the local Walmart, so I could give copies to my friends on my way out of St. Louis. The one-hour-photo machine broke just as it got to my set of pictures! I don't know whether to be upset that I don't have my pictures developed, or happy that I might have helped to break something at Walmart. :)
I'm back in town for 22 hours: long enough to unpack, repack, and get out of town again. Round two! Ding!
