Okay, so sometimes being a grown-up works out okay!
Got to leave work early today (1:00 PM). WHY we couldn't have left at 11:30 (required hour for lunch starts) and NOT had to have come back for a whole thirty minutes, I will never know!
But! A couple of hours off came in mighty handy seeing as how I needed to go to the DMV and renew my driver's license. First I had to dig up my SSN card from my room.... ~.~ An HOUR later, I arrived at the DMV. Filed out form, sat, stood in line, boom! I begged and PLEADED to not have to retake my photo ID since I LOOOOOOOOVE my last one! I don't even remember now when it was taken, but I was thinner, my skin was gorgeous and everywhere since I was wearing a small tank that almost made me look naked and HOT, and my hair was nearly to my waist.
.... Whereas TODAY, my skin looks like crap, my lip is split right down the center, and my hair and face are greasy due to... well, the girls will know what I am referring to... SUUUUCK! Six years with a photo that I just KNOW is going to look BEYOND horrible... < sarcasm > YAY FOR ME! < /sarcasm >
Here's hoping you all have a WONDERFUL New Years and I hope 2009 FUCKING ROCKS! Especially for myself... 2008 really kind of bit the big one for me...
