Weekend Update With Me!
Picking up where I left off Friday, the rest of the day was ok. Poppy picked The Gnome up around 1800 and Katydid went down shortly after that since they had no nap that day. Gaerfie and I heated up left over Chinese and watched Tyler Perry's "The Family That Preys" which I picked the other day used from Red Box for $7. Wally World isn't getting my money this time.
Saturday we went to Grandma's as usual. Gaerfie and I got into an argument about the fact he had no more pills. It was Saturday and the Neuro. office is closed so I can't get them till MOnday! I started freaking out and looked how many pills he had left and moved them around so he could at least keep att the meds in his system. Grandma wasn't doing so good either. Now that she had her surgery she has to get off the oxicoten. Withdrawral is painful to watch. She is sick and can't eat anything, but rice, sherbert, and yogurt. Everything else makes her more sick. She is always runuing to the bathroom and sometimes not making it. I did lots of laundry for her. I was so worried about Mitsuki, Gaerfie, and Grandma, that I couldn't sleep that night. I got some of my worry off, by blogging a bit and I talked to Mitsuki breifly on-line, but Gaerfie twitching in hi sleep I couldn't stop. I tried to go to bed around 0400, but then katydid woke up and she wouldn't go back to sleep till 0600! I fell asleep at 0630 only to be woken up at 0830 by Katydid pouring milk on my head! I gave up and got up. I used the bathroom and checked on Farmville and Yoville. I went down stairs and Gaerfie had made the bed. I lay on the couch listening to katydid's babble fish chatter. I tried calling the answering service for gaerfie's Neuro. and finally got through. I had them send a script to the pharmacy that would be ready by 1400. Then I could finally sleep...not quite yet. Katydid wanted to play and cryed if I didn't. I did the best i could, and at 1700 we left for home. We got the meds along with claritan for Gaerfie and Rolaids for me.
When we got home gaerfie got me a bowl of Pumpkin ice cream and told me to go to sleep. I asked if I could sleep on the couch and he said fine. Katydid sat on me, while she watched Ni Hao Kilan and Little Bear. At some point I fell asleep finally. Gaerfie woke me up at 2100 to put me to bed. When Poppy brough The Gnome home, he snuggled with me for a bit while Daddy told him a story using my stuffed animals. Then he went in his bed and we said good night.
I slept till 1100 today, got up and had leftovers for brunch. Caught up on my computer stuff and am now finishing my blogging for today. I haven't stayed up that long since i did all nighters playing D&D in my early 20's! I am too old for that shit! Yes I admit it. Later all.
