Magickally Exhausted
Things didn't go the way we planned today. FJ's son Lee wasn't feeling up to a playdate which bums out the adults, but what are you gonna do right? The took him to the Dr. and he has allergies. The funny thing is that's what I said. He he score one for me. The Gnome and Katydid didn't want to go for naps today. Katydid went down after we separated them, but the Gnome didn't go down till after 1530! He needed the sleep though. Katy did woke up around 1600 and she slept on my lap for a bit then I put her in bed with me and we took a nap together. Dinner was just mac and cheese. Sorry guys who were waiting for my dinner recipes. I will have something for tomorrow I promise. I am going to make Carribian Meat Pies. This ought to be good.
On a heavier note, on of my LJ friends is having a huge problem. littlestars_s two boys(3 and 1 yrs)used a key to get out a 2nd story window and were found by the cops walking around the street in just shirts(they took their pants and diapers off inside). Poor Mom was sleeping and was woken up by the police at her door! She is now scared they are going to take her kids away, put them in foster care(they were fine by the way, having a great time)and end up in jail! I have seen kids be very clever and do a lot of things an adult didn't think they could do. I understand where she is coming from when people thought we gave The Gnome Gaerfie's pills to take. it hurts that someone would think so badly of you. One of the first things you notice about Stars LJ is in her side bar.

Does that sound like a Mom that would let her boys run around in the street half naked? I offered to do a protection spell for her and the boys. I used Pine and Lavender incense for burning and Raspberry leaves, White Willow Bark, Rosemary leaves, and Burgamot as spell components. I lit five candles and consulted the Faeries for advice. The reading turned out quite well I think. I hope she gets a chance to see it, otherwise the magick will just go it's course without her knowledge. Either way I have a feeling everything is going to be alright.
