I Wish It Was More Fun

Our first trip to the beach didn't go as well as planned. Mitsuki, Sage, and C4 couldn't come. Gaerfie got into one of his "I want to be alone" moods so he didn't go. It was cloudy, a bit cold, and the water was cold too. At first the kids didn't want to go in the water, but then they got use to it and started playing in it. Katydid face planted a few times, but she took it in stride and brushed the water out of her face. Then we hit the sand and they both played withthe sand toys for a bit. I was upset that Gaerfie didn't come so I hid on the towel, while Kitty took the Gnome down to the water again and Katydid stayed and played in the sand with me. On the way home we stopped and had our traditional ice cream cones at McDonalds. I hope it's better next time. Meanwhile please enjoy the pics and the video. More later.
