Man, it's been a while since I wrote a comic script. I thought it might be a bit of a breezy thing to get me another 10K of writing, but it takes a lot of thinking! Spent a bunch of the day yesterday revising the shape of the issue, and got about five pages written (which is actually pretty good, given how much thinking I have to do). Going to try for ten today. *fingers crossed*
I was going to go out and try to finish Christmas shopping today, but I forgot I'd ordered groceries to come in between 10 and 12, and that Ted is working a weird 11-5 shift today. And I dooooon't want to go out in the afternoons. Too many people. Must be done between 9 and 11am, before the Irish get out of bed. So tomorrow, I guess.
Speaking of Ted, while I was working yesterday he worked a miracle in the living room, which is now cleaner than it has ever been in the history of the universe. Ted is a hero.
We're out of many kinds of food. I had three pieces of fudge for breakfast. Oogh.
