Here's a plot synopsis:

-Less charismatic and interesting girls are introduced.

This movie is really really boring right up until the insanely awesome car chases. Tarantino takes the talking parts of his films, and then makes them 90% of the movie. He also completely forgets about the awesome "old movie effect" about halfway through the film. It's kind of annoying, because it was really cool.
