Alec is currently smoking. Smoking as in there is smoke rising off of him as opposed to using a device to smoke with. He also has a massive amount of coffee in front of him. A jumbo mug that reads "Darhma" as well as a large coffee pot. He looks a bit shell shocked, or probably amused.

Harold Saxon (that's who he is, really, honest) only looks mildly surprised to see the Bar. It certainly isn't his offices. He straightens his shoulders, gives a wide political smile and steps forward towards the bar. Maybe he can finally get something good to drink for a change.
