The superhero formerly known as Wiccan, and now drifting in a codenameless state, is sitting uncomfortably on a rooftop and wishing that less people committed crimes in winter. Or, at least, they committed crimes that didn't require him to sit around on a roof top like Batman and freeze to death.
One cape and a short-sleeved uniform is not doing it for him, and he's so distracted by the miserable predicament and what he's pretty sure is oncoming pneumonia that he doesn't even notice his target leaving the building.
