And then, eventually, a piece of crumpled up paper is launched at his head.

"Yeah, may-be," McCoy grumbles, rubbing at his eyes.

"What're you doing, anyhow?"

"Being a klutz," she says, sheepishly.

"You could go back to sleep? Except it's not really a good idea here."

McCoy seems to relent at the sheepishness, and shakes his head.

"You're probably right. Uh. Sorry about that."

Morning person, he is not.

"Do you want, like... coffee or something?"

"Coffee."

"Coffee would be good."

"Any particular kind?"

"Just not decaf."
