A napkin with words on it is the last thing that Theo expects when he finds himself in the bar that night.
He's heard the fact that the bar takes an hour off each night but had never actually been around to see it. But here it is: a napkin asking him to please tend to the bar for an hour. Figuring that he's got nothing better to do (it's either that or try and reconstruct a crime scene and who wants to do that?) he goes around to the inside of the bar and finds a dry-erase marker. After some thought and scribbling he puts up the following sign:

Milton Whiskey
Vampire's Dream
Period
Hot Chocolate
