The Job
It sounds like I'm not going to get the job.
It's too early to tell for sure, but from what I hear, Tony Tannoya is out here temping the position, and he's probably going to take it. Since he's already an NJVC employee, I guess he gets it.
That's the way it goes. He just had a better hand than I did.
I'm OK with it. Really. And I'm glad Tony is out here. He's a good guy. I used to work with him back in plant almost 10 years ago - I haven't seen him since then, last I heard, he was a site lead out in DC. The intel community is a close knit group. We're bound to run into each other all over the world, no matter what company we're working for. It'll be good to catch up with him.
