One of the few things that stayed over from deepest darkness (the other novel length fanfic I started to rewrite when it morphed into this one!) is this chapter title. For some reason I seem to be fond of using chess references for battles and it begins here.

I just got VV's awesome novella today. I ordered it from LuLu less than a week ago and it arrived this morning. Needless to say, I have now finished reading it.
