I just skimmed these quickly because I just picked up the issue yesterday and haven't read it yet, but I love the dream-like art in this arc.

Selina is always awesome. :)

Heartbreaking scene with Clark and the Kents. :(

I do really enjoy the strange eerie art! And Selina is WONDERFUL here, she doesn't have any time for these boys and their hijinks...

And yes, the full scene with the Kents is even sadder! Angst warning ahead!

It is gorgeous, and Selina is adorable in the extreme, so I can definitely recommend it, at least for now!

I really like how the art sets the tone of the story. The part with Selina was lovely.

Overall I'm still a bit confused about what this is trying to set up. Like I'm not thrilled about everyone's "punch first" attitude, but it's only the second issue, so it will hopefully go away soon.

This is either one of the quickest retcons in comic-book history or (and I think this is more likely) Clark and Bruce are going to end up with their memories wiped when they go back.

I wouldn't actually be surprised by either option, but the second seems more likely.

I agree, I really have no idea where this is going or what the themes are and so on. Gorgeous fight scenes are fine early on, but I hope it starts to move under its own power soon... Two issues in is way too early to draw any conclusions, though! *crosses fingers*

The punch-first attitude is getting annoying (It's a gripe I've had about comics for YEARS. I'm seriously tired of heroes meeting through fighting ALL THE TIME.).

I do agree that I should give Diana more of a pass than the boys, all four of whom were just exasperating! And yes, the dialogue snaps along just right even though I don't always like what exactly they're saying, so I suspect that once everyone gets calmed down and on the same page, things will feel a lot better.

Also, the art. Yes, Lee's Catwoman is just the slinkiest and most amazing thing, I would read anything he did of hers! I loved his Lois as well, and all the lovely inky silhouettes...yum.

Oh! This is uh... well, I'm kinda not sure what to make of it?

Selina is awesome, though! And that fight in a misty bat-cave is just gorgeous, wow...

Thank you for sharing! :)

For a Superman/Batman title, it was distressingly low on the two characters actually interacting! AND VERY HIGH ON PUNCHING. :P But I'm sure they'll level out soonish, lol... (Yes, my takeaway is that Selina is the most awesome character!)
