Yuletide and Crack_Van!
I'm very antsy to find out my Yuletide assignment! I just added two tiny fandoms today that I spotted as I scrolled through the Google doc of Yuletide letters, two childhood memories that it would crack me up to write fic for. Now I'm kind of freaking out that I might get one of them, lol. I put a rush order on the children's book "No Flying in the House"--I'd been meaning to re-read it for years and decided to take this as my excuse. :)
Also, crack_van is looking for people to rec comics-based fic! crack_van is a fun, low-pressure rec comm, and they welcome recs from DC or Marvel (or I assume Image, Dark Horse, etc.) as long as they're not based in the Marvel Movie Universe, which has its own section. You can sign up to drive the van at this thread! Sign up or spread the word so that more corners of our far-flung comic fandoms can get their time in the sun!
