HER boyfriend is probably willing to wait, or he should be. Has your friend talked to HER boyfriend about all this?

Okay. FINE. Geez! I was just telling you you're not the only one feeling freaking awkward. Why the hell is it that all the guys I know are having sexual crises at once?

Anyway, I'm sure your friend wouldn't be with a jerk, so he'd be patient even if he kind of wanted to do more. I'm sure they can find ways to keep themselves entertained until the one is ready for more.

And if he isn't, he's not worth being with no matter how she feels about him.

No, of course you aren't. You're friend is.

I don't think there's a set time for when you go further. Some people wait until they're engaged or married and some people do on their first date and some don't do relationships at all, so.... Just saying. Tell your friend to do whatever feels right and don't worry about anyone else. I'm sure her boyfriend is a good guy.
